(ويعلم تقدير الماء) المصالح على إجرائه في الساقية (بتقدير الساقية) التي يخرج منها الماء إلى الموضع الذي يجري فيه من أرض المصالح؛ لأنه لا يمكن أن يجري فيها أكثر من ملئها .
