كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(ومتى وَجَده) أي: خشبه (أو) وجد (بناءه، أو مسيل مائه ونحوه) كجناحه أو ساباطه (في حق غيره، أو) وجد (مجرى ماء سطحه على سطح غيره، ولم يعلم سببه، فهو) أي: ما وجده حق (له؛ لأن الظاهر وضعه بحق) من صلح أو غيره، خصوصًا مع تطاول الأزمنة.
