كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(فإن زال) الخشب ونحوه (فله) أي: لربِّه (إعادته) لأن الظاهر استمرار حقه فيه، فلا يزول حتى يوجد ما يخالفُه. (وله) أي: لمن وجد خشبه أو بناءه ونحوه على جدار غيره (أخذ عِوضٍ عنه) بأن يصالحه بعِوض على إزالته، أو عدم إعادته.
