كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن احتاج) ربُّ الحائط (إلى ذلك) أي: إلى هَدْمِهِ (للخوف من انهدامه، أو لتحويله) أي: الحائط (إلى مكان آخر، أو لغرض صحيح) غير ذلك (مَلَكَ ذلك) أي: هَدْمه؛ لأنه ملكه، فله التصرُّف فيه بما شاء غير مضار لجاره.
