(فحَجْر المفلس: منع حاكم مَنْ) أي: شخصًا (عليه دَين حالٌّ يعجز عنه ماله الموجود) حال الحَجْر (مدة الحَجْر من التصرُّف فيه) أي: في ماله. ويأتي محترز قيوده.
