كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن كان له) أي: المدين (مالٌ يفي بدينه الحال، لم يُحْجَر عليه) لعدم الحاجة إلى ذلك؛ لأن الغرماء يمكنهم المطالبة بحقوقهم في الحال (ولو كان عليه دَينٌ مؤجَّل غيره) أي: غير الحال؛ لأن المؤجَّل لا يطالب به قبل أجله.
