(وقال) الشيخ : (ومن طُولب بأداء حق عليه) من دَينٍ أو غيره (فطلب إمهالًا) بقَدْر ما يتمكَّن فيه من أدائه (أُمهل بقَدْر ذلك، -كما تقدم (٣) ، في الباب (في كلامه-؛ لكن إن خاف غريمُه منه) هربًا
