(إلا أن يدعي) المدين (تلفًا ونحوه) كنفاد ماله، ويصدقه ربُّ الدَّين، فلا يحبس (أو يسأل) المدين (سؤاله) أي: رب الدَّين (ويصدِّقه) على أنه معسر (فلا) يُحبس، لما تقدم.
