(لا) يَلزم الحاكمَ (إجابةُ المعسِر) إلى الحَجْر عليه (إذا طلب) المُعسِرُ (من الحاكم الحَجْر على نفسه) لأن الحجر عليه حقٌّ لغرمائه لا له.
