كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وله) أي: للمفلس (رَدُّ ما اشتراه قبل الحَجْر) عليه (بعيب أو خيار) شرط، أو غبن ، أو تدليس ونحوه (غير متقيد بالأحظِّ) لأن ذلك إتمام لتصرف سابق حجره، فلم يمنع منه، كاسترداد وديعة له أودعها قبل الحَجْر.
