كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن جَنى عبدُه) أي: عبد المُفلِس جناية موجبة للمال أو القصاص، وعفا وليُّها إلى مال (قُدِّم المجني عليه بثمنه) أي: العبد (على الغرماء) لتعلق حقه بعينه، كما يقدم المجني عليه على المُرتَهِن.
