(وإن كان المبيع عينين، فرَهَن) المشتري (إحداهما) أو تعلَّق بها حق شفعة، أو جناية (ملك البائع الرجوع في) العين (الأخرى، كما إذا تلفت إحدى العينين) وبقيت الأخرى؛ لأنه وجدها بعينها يتعلَّق بها حق لأحد.
