(ووطء الثيب ما لم تحمل، وتزويج الأَمَة، لا يمنع الرجوع) لأن ذلك لا يخرجه عن كونه عين ماله (وهي) أي: الأَمَة التي زوَّجها المفلس (على نكاحها) فلا ينفسخ برجوع البائع؛ لأنه عقد لازم.
