(فإن زاد في السِّلعة أحد في مدة الخيار، لزم الأمين) أي: أمين الحاكم (الفسخ) لأنه أمكنه بيعه بثمن، فلم يجز إمضاؤه بدونه، كما لو زيد فيه قبل العقد.
