(وحكم من طرأ عليه جنون، حكم المفلِس والميت في حلول الدَّين) المؤجل بجنونه (وعدمه) أي: عدم حلوله. فعلى المذهب: لا يحلُّ. (وإن ظهر غريمٌ بعد القسمة لم تنقض) القسمة (ورجع) الغريم الذي ظهر (على كل واحد بقَدْر حِصته) لأنه لو كان حاضرًا شاركهم، فكذا إذا ظهر.
