كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن كان ملكًا لأحدهم) أي: المحتاجين إليه (لزمه استعماله) لمقدرته عليه وتمكنه منه (ولم يؤثر به) أحدًا (ولو لأبويه) لتعينه لأداء فرضه وتعلق حق الله به (وتقدم في الطهارة) . لعله فى مسودته، وإلا فلم نره فى النسخ المشهورة.
