(ولا ينفك الحَجْر عنه) أي: المفلس (إلا بحكم حاكم، إن بقي عليه شيء) من الدَّين؛ لأنه حَجْرٌ ثبت بحكم، فلا ينفكّ إلا به، كالمحجور عليه لسفه بعد رشده (وإلا) بأن لم يبقَ عليه شيء من الدَّين (انفك) عنه الحَجْر بلا حكم؛ لأن المعنى الذي حجر عليه من أجله قد زال.
