(فإن ادعوا بعد مدة أن في يده مالًا، أو ادعوا ذلك) أي: أن في يده مالًا (عقب فكِّ الحَجْرِ عنه، وبينوا سببه) أي: المال (أحضره الحاكم وسأله) عما ذكره الغرماء
