باب إزالة النجاسة الحكميّة أي: تطهير موارد الأنجاس، وذكر النجاسات، وما يعفى عنه منها. وتقدم تعريف النجاسة في أول كتاب الطهارة. (وهي) أي: النجاسة الحكمية (الطارئة على محل طاهر) بخلاف العينية.
