(ولو أفسد) طفل أو مجنون (نفقته، دفعها) الولي (إليه يومًا بيوم) دفعًا للمفسدة، وعُلم أن من لم يفسدها، يجوز أن يجعل له ما جرت به عادة أهل بلده.
