(وله) أي: لولي اليتيم والمجنون (تزويج رقيقهما من عبيد وإماء لمصلحة) ولو بعضًا ببعض؛ لأن في ذلك إعفافًا عن الزِّنى، وإيجابًا لنفقة الإماء على أزواجهن.
