(وله) أي: لولي الصغير والمجنون (دفعه) أي: دفع مالهما (مضاربةً إلى أمين) يتَّجر فيه (بجزء من الربح) لأن عائشة أبضعت مال محمد بن أبي بكر - رضي الله عنهم - ، ولأن الولي نائب عن محجوره في كل ما فيه مصلحته.
