(بيعه نَسيئًا لمليء، و) له (قرضه لمصلحة فيهما) بأن يكون الثمن المؤجل أكثر مما يُباع به حالًّا (كحاجة سفر، أو خوف عليه) أي: على المال (أو غيرهما) فيجوز حينئذ (ولو بلا رهن ولا كفيل، و) فعل ذلك (بهما) أي: بالرهن والكفيل (أو بأحدهما أولى) من تركه؛ لأنه الاحتياط.
