(ولا يلزمه) أي: الولي (عوضه) أي: ما أكله (إذا أيسر) لأن ذلك جُعل عوضًا له عن عمله، فلم يلزمه عوضه، كالأجير والمضارب؛ ولأنه تعالى أمر بالأكل ولم يذكر عوضًا.
