(ويُقبل قول ولي - أيضًا - في وجود ضرورة، وغبطة، ومصلحة) اقتضت بيع عقار المحجور، فعُلم منه: أنه لا يُعتبر ثبوت ذلك عند الحاكم، لكنه أحوط؛ دفعًا للتهمة (و) يُقبل قول ولي - أيضًا - في (تلف) مال المحجور، أو بعضه؛ لأنه أمين.
