(ثم إن وجد ما أخذه) المميز أو العبد (من مبيع أو غيره، فَلِرَبِّه أخذه منه) أي: من العبد أو المميز (و) له أخذه أيضًا (من السيد) أو الولي (إن كان بيده، و) له أخذه (حيث كان) لفساد العقد.
