(ولا يضمن عبدٌ) باع بأنقص عن ثمن المِثْل، أو مما قَدَّره له سيده (لسيده) لأنه لا يثبت له على عبده الدين. (ولا) يضمن (صبيٌّ) باع كذلك (لنفسه) لأن الإنسان لا يثبت له الدَّين على نفسه
