(وله) أي: الوكيل (شرطه) أي: الخيار (لنفسه) ويكون له ولموكِّله،

وإن شرطه لنفسه فقط لم يصح (و) له شرطه (لموكِّله) لأنه زاده خيرًا، وتقدم : أنه يختصُّ بخيار مجلس لم يحضره موكِّله، ويختصُّ به موكِّله إن حضره، قاله في "المبدع".
