(فلو قال) الموكِّل: (بعْ ثوبي غدًا، لم يجز) للوكيل بيعه (قبله ولا بعده) ولم يصح؛ لأنه لم يتناوله إذنه نطقًا ولا عُرفًا؛ لأنه قد يؤثِّر التصرف في زمن الحاجة إليه دون غيره.
