(وإن وكَّله في شراء ذلك (١) ملك) الوكيل (تسليم ثمنه) لأنه من تمام العقد (فإن أخَّر) الوكيل (تسليمه بلا عذر، ضمنه) إذا تلف، لتفريطه بإمساكه.
