(وإن وكَّله في القبض) أي: قبض الدَّين، أو الوديعة ونحوها (كان وكيلًا في الخصومة) لأنه لا يتوصَّل إلى القبض إلا بها، فكان إذنًا فيها عرفًا؛ لأن القبض لا يتم إلا به.
