كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(ويُقبل إقراره) أي: الوكيل (بأنه تصرف في كل ما وُكِّلَ فيه) لأن من ملك شيئًا، ملك الإقرار به (ولو) كان وكِّل (في عقد نكاح) وأقر بالعقد, قُبل منه كغيره.
