(ويستحق) الوكيل (الجُعل مع الإطلاق) بأن قال: بع هذا، ولك كذا (قبل قبض) الوكيل (الثمن) لأن البيع يتحقق قبل قبضه (ما لم يشترط عليه الموكِّل) قبض الثمن، فلا يستحقه قبله؛ لعدم توفيته العمل.
