كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(فإن قاله) أي: قال: قد عزله (بعد حكم الحاكم بصحتها) ثبتت؛ لأن رجوعه بعد الحكم لا يرفعه، ولم يتم النصاب بعزله (أو قاله) أي قال: قد عزله (واحد غيرهما) أي: غير الشاهدين قبل الحكم أو بعده (ثبتت) الوكالة؛ لأنه قد تَمَّ النصاب بها، ولم يَتِمَّ بالعزل.
