(ويلزمه) أي: الغريم (اليمين مع الإنكار أنه لا يعلم صحة ما قاله) لأنه حلف على نفي فعل الغير (عينًا كان) الحق (أو دينًا وديعة) كانت العين (أو غيرها) من عارية ومضاربة ونحوهما.
