(فلو نما أحدُهما) أي: المالين (قبل الخَلْط، أو خَسِر) أحدهما قبل الخلط (فـ) النماء (لهما، و) الخسران (عليهما) لأن المال صار مختلطًا بمجرد العقد كما تقدم.
