(وكدم شهيد عليه) فهو طاهر (ولو كثر) فإن انفصل عنه، فنجس، كغيره (بل يستحب بقاؤه) أي: بقاء دم الشهيد عليه، حتى على القول بنجاسته، فيعايى بها. ذكره ابن عقيل. ويأتي في الجنائز: يجب بقاء دم شهيد عليه.
