كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وتصح المُساقاةُ على) شجر له (ثمرةٌ موجودة لم تكمُل) تنمى بالعمل. (و) تصح المُزارعة (على زرعٍ نابت ينمى بالعمل) لأنها إذا جازت في المعدوم مع كثرة الغَرر فيه، ففي الموجود مع قلة الغَرر أولى.
