(وكذلك) تفسد (إن شرط) ربُّ الشجر (له) أي: للعامل (ثَمَرَ شجرٍ بعينه) لأنه قد لا يحمل غيره؛ أو لا يحمل بالكلية، فيحصُل الضَّرر والغَرر.
