(و) يعفى عن (يسير ماء نجس) بما عفي عن يسيره كما يأتي، لأن كل نجاسة نجست الماء، فحكم هذا الماء المتنجس بها حكمها؛ لأن نجاسة الماء ناشئة عن نجاسة الواقع فيه، فهو فرعه.
