(ويُشترط) للمزارعة (كون البذر من ربِّ الأرض ولو أنه العامل، وبقَرِ العمل من الآخر) لأنهما يشتركان في نمائه، فوجب أن يكون رأس المال من أحدهما، كالمضاربة.
