(فإن أمكن عِلْمُ المنفعة) أي: منفعة العامل، وبَقَره، وآلته (وضبطُها بما لا تختلف معه، ومعرفةُ البذر) وأجرة نصف الأرض بنصف البذر والمنفعة (جاز) لانتفاء الغرر والجهالة (وكان الزرع بينهما) نصفين؛ لأن البذر الذي هو أصله كذلك.
