(فالزرعُ) لصاحب البذر، وعليه أجرة العامل (والثمرُ لصاحبه) أي: البذر، أو الشجر (وعليه الأجرة) للعامل؛ لأنه عَمِل بعوض لم يُسَلَّم له.
