(ولو كان المحمول كتابًا، فوجد) الأجيرُ (المحمولَ إليه غائبًا) ولا وكيل له (فله) أي: الأجير (الأجرة) المسمَّاة (لذهابه، و) له أجرة مثل (ردِّه) لأنه ليس سوى رده إلا تضييعه، وقد علم أنه لا يرضى تضييعه، فيتعين رده.
