(وإن استأجره لبناء أذرع معلومة، فبنى بعضَها، ثم سقط) على أيِّ وجهٍ كان (فعليه إعادةُ ما سقط، و) عليه (تمام ما وقعت عليه الإجارة من الأذرع) مطلقًا؛ لأنه لم يوف بالعمل، وعليه غرم ما تلف إن فرَّط.
