(و) إن قال: (أجرتُك داري عشرين شهرًا) من وقت كذا (كل شهرٍ بدرهم، صَحَّ) العقد.

قال في "المبدع": بغير خلاف نعلمه؛ لأن المدة والأجرة معلومان، وليس لواحد منهما الفسخ؛ لأنها مدة واحدة، أشبه ما لو قال: أجرتُك عشرين شهرًا بعشرين درهمًا.
