(وإذا أخرج أحدُ الزَّعيمين) أي: الرئيسين (السبق) بفتح الباء (من عنده، فسُبِقَ) بالبناء للمفعول (حزبُه، لم يكن على حزبه شيء) لأنه لم يشترطه عليهم.
