(وإن عرض مطر أو ظُلمة) عند الرمي (جاز تأخير الرمي) لأن المطر يرخي الوتر، والظُّلمة عُذر لا يمكن معه فعل المعقود عليه؛ ولأن العادة الرمي نهارًا، إلا أن يشترطاه ليلًا، فيلزم كما تقدم .
