(ويحرم وطؤها فيه) أي: في الدم أي: زمنه المجاوز لأقل الحيض (قبل تكراره نصًا) لأن الظاهر أنه حيض، وإنما أمرناها بالعبادة احتياطًا لبراءة ذمتها فتعين ترك وطئها احتياطًا.
