(وإن شَرَط) المعيرُ (لها) أي: الإعارة (عوضًا معلومًا في) عارية (مؤقتة) بزمن معلوم (صحَّ) ذلك (وتصير إجارةً) تغليبًا للمعنى، كالهبة إذا شُرط فيها ثواب معلوم كانت بيعًا.
